MySchedules.Link ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website myschedules.link. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: • Account information (email address, display name) when you register. • Profile information (name, description, location city/state) for entity profiles. • Schedule data (availability, time blocks) you create on the platform. • Booking information (times, notes) associated with appointments. • Anonymous schedules created without an account, including an expiry date. We also collect limited technical data automatically: • IP address and browser/device type for security and analytics. • Usage data to improve the service (e.g., pages visited).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: • Operate and improve the MySchedules.Link service. • Display your public profile and schedules to people you choose to share with. • Send transactional emails (booking confirmations, account notices). • Prevent fraud and ensure platform security. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Public vs. Private Profiles
Entity profiles are public by default, meaning your name, description, location, and schedule availability are visible to anyone. You can set your profile to Private in your profile settings at any time. Private profiles are only visible to you and users you explicitly invite via a private invite link. Anonymous (temporary) schedules are accessible only via direct link and are automatically deleted after the week they cover expires.
5. Booking Data
Booking details (including times, participant names, and notes) are private. They are only accessible to the entity owner and the client who made the booking. We do not expose booking data publicly or in search results.
6. Data Sharing
We share data only with: • Supabase (our database and authentication provider) — for data storage and user authentication. • Stripe — for payment processing. We do not store payment card details on our servers. • Netlify — our hosting provider, which processes requests to serve the site. All service providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove your profile, schedules, and associated data. Anonymous schedules are automatically deleted after the week they cover ends.
8. Cookies
We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@myschedules.link.
10. Children's Privacy
MySchedules.Link is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above.
