By accessing or using MySchedules.Link ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

MySchedules.Link is a scheduling platform that allows users to create, share, and manage availability schedules. Users can create schedules with or without an account. Registered users (entities) can accept bookings from other users (clients).

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

You agree not to: • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose. • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content. • Attempt to access another user's account or private data. • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without our permission. • Interfere with the normal operation of the Service. • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.

You retain ownership of the content you create on MySchedules.Link (schedules, profiles, descriptions). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and deliver that content to users as part of operating the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights.

Entity profiles are public by default. If you set your profile to Private, your schedule and profile information will only be visible to users you explicitly invite. You are responsible for managing your privacy settings.

MySchedules.Link facilitates scheduling between entities and clients. We are not a party to any booking agreement between users. Disputes between entity owners and clients regarding bookings, services, or payments are between those parties. We do not guarantee that any entity will fulfill a booking, or that any client will appear for a booked appointment.

Paid features (premium subscriptions) are billed through Stripe. Booking payments processed through Stripe Connect are transactions between the entity and the client. All payments are subject to Stripe's Terms of Service. We are not liable for payment processing errors by Stripe.

Schedules created without an account ("anonymous schedules") are temporary and will be automatically deleted after the week they cover ends. We do not guarantee the availability or persistence of anonymous schedule data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for content posted by users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MySchedules.Link and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable jurisdiction.
